eGlobalProfile is a specialist business communication studio founded in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in 2019. We focus exclusively on helping businesses create the documents that introduce them to the world: company profiles, startup one-pagers, corporate presentations, and business branding materials. Everything we produce is written by professionals who understand business — not generic copywriters filling templates.

Our Story

eGlobalProfile was born from a frustration that every business writer on our founding team had experienced: talented, capable businesses with genuine expertise were losing opportunities because they had no professional way to present themselves on paper.

In 2019, our founder Rohan Patel was consulting for an Ahmedabad-based engineering manufacturer with 22 years of experience, 180 employees, and ISO certifications from three different bodies. The company was consistently shortlisted for large international tenders and then consistently eliminated early — not because their capabilities were lacking, but because their company profile was a 4-page Word document with inconsistent formatting, vague language, and no structure that a procurement officer could quickly scan. The profile said "quality-focused engineering solutions" where it should have said "precision-turned aluminium components to ±0.005mm tolerance for automotive OEM applications."

We rewrote that profile. Three months later, the company won a supply contract with a European automotive component buyer — their first export order. The procurement officer told them directly: the new profile gave them confidence that the business was sophisticated enough to meet international standards before they even visited the facility.

That outcome confirmed what we had suspected: the quality of how a business presents itself on paper has a direct, measurable impact on the opportunities it wins. We set out to make professional company profile writing accessible to every business — not just those with large budgets for PR agencies or marketing consultancies.

What We Believe

A company profile is not a brochure. It is not a marketing document. It is not a pitch deck. It is a credibility document — the written proof that your business is what it claims to be. Every word in a strong company profile earns its place. Vague language, unsupported claims, and generic corporate speak do the opposite of what they intend: they make a business look less credible, not more.

We believe that specificity builds trust. "We serve clients in 11 countries across three continents" builds more trust than "we have international experience." "Our ISO 9001:2015 certification (Certificate No. IN-2847-QMS) was renewed in March 2024 by Bureau Veritas" builds more trust than "we are ISO certified." Every profile we write is built on this principle: real facts, real numbers, real specifics.

We also believe that a company profile should be written for its reader, not for its subject. The company profile that wins tenders is structured around what procurement officers need to know quickly, in the order they need to know it. The startup profile that gets investor meetings is structured around the questions investors ask themselves as they read. The corporate presentation that closes deals is built around the client's problem, not the seller's capabilities.

We are a small, focused team of business writers and communication specialists. We do not run a content farm. We do not outsource to junior writers and review at the end. Every project is handled directly by a senior writer with relevant industry knowledge.

Priya holds a postgraduate degree in Business Communication from Symbiosis Institute, Pune.

Rajesh Kumar — Head of Content Strategy

Rajesh leads content strategy at eGlobalProfile and has 10 years of experience structuring business communication for mid-market companies across India. He previously led the content team at a Bengaluru-based marketing consultancy serving technology and SaaS clients. Rajesh specialises in investor profiles, corporate presentations, and startup communication materials.

Amit Vora — Startup Content Advisor

Amit works specifically with early-stage startups, having advised more than 60 founders across India and Southeast Asia on their investor communication materials. He has mentored at two Ahmedabad-based startup accelerators and understands the specific expectations of seed and Series A investors. Amit was previously a business development manager at a funded B2B SaaS company.

Kavya Joshi — Brand Strategist

Kavya handles brand messaging, tagline development, and brand voice guidelines for eGlobalProfile clients. She holds a Masters in Marketing from MICA Ahmedabad and has 7 years of experience developing brand identity systems for businesses ranging from regional manufacturers to venture-backed startups. How We Work

Our process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to get a high-quality profile without spending days writing briefs or attending lengthy meetings.

  1. You submit a brief. We send you a structured questionnaire tailored to your industry and the type of profile you need. Most clients complete this in 30–45 minutes. You can also just send us your existing materials — an old profile, a website, a product catalogue — and we work from those.
  2. We propose the structure. Before we write a single word, we send you a proposed document structure — the sections we will include, the order, and the approximate length of each section. You approve or adjust this before we start writing.
  3. We write the first draft. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. We deliver in Word format with a tracked changes version so you can see exactly what we wrote versus any material you provided.
  4. You review and we revise. Up to three rounds of revisions are included. We address every comment specifically — not just rewrite loosely hoping you approve.
  5. Final delivery. We deliver the approved profile as a formatted PDF and an editable Word document. If you need a designed version, we can recommend trusted design partners.

Our Commitment to Confidentiality

Everything you share with us — your business data, client names, financial figures, internal processes, product specifications — stays strictly with us. We do not use client materials to train AI tools. We do not publish client profiles as portfolio samples without explicit written permission. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before any project begins for clients who require this, at no additional cost.

We have worked with businesses that handle sensitive government contracts, businesses preparing for acquisitions, and startups that have not yet publicly announced their products. Discretion is non-negotiable for us.
